Geography and Climate
Mount Kailash is located in the Ngari Prefecture of western Tibet at an elevation of approximately 6,638 meters above sea level. The best time to undertake the Mount Kailash Yatra is from May to September, when weather conditions are relatively stable, providing suitable conditions for trekking and high-altitude travel.

Terms & Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: The Mount Kailash Yatra booking is subject to confirmation of permits, visa approval, hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
- Passport & Visa: A passport with a minimum validity of six months is mandatory. Tibet Travel Permit, Group Visa, and other required travel documents must be approved before departure.
- Health & Fitness: Mount Kailash Yatra involves travel to high-altitude regions above 4,500 meters. Participants should be physically fit and medically capable of completing the pilgrimage.
- Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, border restrictions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Kailash Parikrama: The Kailash Parikrama (Kora) is optional and depends on the pilgrim's health, weather conditions, and local authority permissions. Those unable to undertake the trek may stay at Darchen.
- Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.
- Personal Expenses: Expenses such as horse or porter charges, personal shopping, beverages, laundry, telephone calls, tips, and any services not mentioned in the package inclusions are payable by the traveler.
- Tour Cancellation: Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company's cancellation policy. Visa fees, permit charges, and other government fees are generally non-refundable once processed.
